We're hiring a part-time Assistant Caretaker to join our small team, providing a front line service to users of Town Council-owned properties. Duties will include the opening and closing of venues, preparing rooms, undertaking routine maintenance and general cleaning and involve evening and weekend work all consistent with day-to-day hiring of Town Council venues (e.g. meetings, weddings, parties, festivals, craft fairs and various other events).
