Marlborough Town Councillor (Marlborough West Ward)

Following the resignation of Councillor Peter Morgan a vacancy has arisen in the Office of Councillor for Marlborough (West Ward).

This notice will also be displayed on Wiltshire Council’s webpage from 5 June: http://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/elections-councillor-vacancies    

An election to fill the vacancy will be held if TEN electors from the Town Ward of Marlborough (Marlborough West Ward) write to the Returning Officer by 25 June asking for an election to be held.

If an election is not requested by that date, then the vacancy will be filled by co-option as soon as practicable.
