{Play}Grounds Person

We have a full time vacancy for a Grounds Person to work in our parks and play areas.

Marlborough Town Council is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic person on a 37h/week permanent basis with an immediate start for the right candidate.  Hours to include assisting on a 7am and 4.30pm (winter), and 7am and 7pm (summer) gate management rota. Remaining hours to be worked as agreed with the Grounds Manager.

As part of a team, to carry out various duties including as a priority tidying, day to day management, repairs and maintenance of the Town Council’s play areas, open spaces, cemetery, and associated equipment.

The post is graded SCP 6-9, £25,183 - £26,409
