Census

The census is taking place in March 2021

It’s a survey that happens every 10 years and provides the UK Government with a picture of all the people and households in England and Wales.

It helps plan and fund public services, like transport, education and healthcare.

Next year the main process for gathering census data will be online for the first time, although paper forms will still be available.  We'll provide more information as we receive it.
