Overview of Neighbourhood Plan

It outlines the policies related to land use that will apply to all future planning applications in the Neighbourhood Area (Marlborough, Manton, Mildenhall, Savernake) if it is 'made' (adopted) at the referendum on 11 August.  These policies will give weight to future planning applications that will address concerns raised by residents around: 

• Lack of affordable housing
• Protection of our heritage, green and recreational spaces and landscape
• Lack of car parking spaces
• Lack of medical facilities
• Need for more recreational land
