Have your say on the impact Welfare Reforms could have on Council Tax Reduction Scheme in Wiltshire

To qualify for national welfare benefits applicants have to meet a number of criteria that are set by the government. In addition to national benefits Wiltshire Council has created a local scheme to support low income households and help them with their council tax: the council tax reduction scheme. Wiltshire Council is proposing changes to the scheme from 1st April 2017 and is conducting a survey to gather a range of views to be taken into account when deciding to make changes or not.
