 ood risk. Marlborough is in a chalk catchment, and flood water can come fro
 m rivers (fluvial flooding), aquifers (ground water flooding), rainfall (su

 rlborough Town Council has supported Action for the River Kennet (ARK (http
 s://www.riverkennet.org/)) in the development of a Flood Dashboard which br
 ings together information from the river, groundwater and rainfall level ga
 uging stations that impact on the risk of floods for Marlborough in one eas
 y to find place.\nWe are hosting a drop-in session at the Town Hall on Thur
 sday 3rd April from 6.30pm – 7.30pm to give everyone with an interest an op
 portunity to find out more about the Dashboard, learn how to use and unders
 tand the information on it.  \nThe website will be accessible to anyone wit
