 NCE with Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, which section give

 thin its administrative area to be closed temporarily to all vehicular traf
 fic (and for alternative routes to be observed) for the purposes of prevent
 ing obstruction.\nThe Council HEREBY ORDERS\nOn: Friday 29th November 2024 
 between the hours of 16.00 and 21.00\nPurpose: Christmas Lights Switch-On E
 vent\nThat the following roads and streets in the town of Marlborough are t
 o be closed (save in any case of emergency) to all vehicular traffic:\na. A
 4 (Part) High Street; from its junction with A345 Pewsey Road to its juncti
 on with New Road.\nb. C18 Kingsbury Street (Part); from its junction with H
 igh Street to its junction with Silverless Street.\nc. A4 (Part) New Road; 
 from its junction with High Street to its junction with London Road.\nNothi
 ng in this Order shall prevent vehicles from proceeding in the said lengths
