 n the hours of 08:00 and 23:30\nPurpose: The Parade Family Festival\nThe pa
 rt of the road known as The Parade (Part), Marlborough; from its junction w
 ith A4\nNew Road to outside its property known as No.08 The Parade, to be c
 losed (save in all\ncases of emergency) to all vehicular traffic.\nNothing 
 in this Order shall prevent vehicles from proceeding in the said length of
