We have created an opportunity for someone to work with us as an Information Officer via a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship. This is an opportunity to earn a wage while studying at New College, Swindon, resulting in an A-Level equivalent qualification.
You will be assisting with the Council’s information services for residents and visitors.
The role, in part, will be to maintain a key focus on developing the visitor and resident experience around Marlborough; proactively looking for opportunities to enhance or develop this experience.
Duties include: face to face provision of information to residents and visitors and by telephone; updating visitor apps, supporting events and writing articles for publication (press, online, social media).
