Updated at 11:55 on 14 December: We have received a number of apologies for absence meaning this meeting is inquorate and therefore cannot go ahead. We will incorporate the agenda into the agenda for Full Town Council at its next meeting.

There's an extra-ordinary meeting of the Finance & Policy Committee on Tuesday.

The meeting will take place in the Court Room at the Town Hall, starting at 7pm.

Members of the press and public are welcome to attend.  Please see the agenda for what's under discussion and how to register a place to attend.
