Contacting us

In line with Government guidance some staff are working from home.  We are still here for you and will respond to every query but please bear with us as it may take us a little longer than usual to do so due to the nature of remote working.
Enquiries can be sent via email to enquiries@marlborough-tc.gov.uk or call us between 10am–4pm, Monday to Friday on 01672 512487.  You can also leave a message outside these hours as the answerphone will be checked regularly.
For our out of hours emergency line for our services only, click here

The Council office and tourist information point are closed to walk-in visitors and the public until 12 April.  From 12 April the office at 5 High Street will reopen to walk in visitors between 10.30am-1.30pm, Monday to Friday.  We have a narrow corridor so, to ensure safe social distancing, we will ask you to press the buzzer at the front door before we let you in so we can make sure there is space inside.

Town Council meetings will continue to take place online, urgent decisions for the continued running of services will be made via legally delegated authority to the Town Clerk and Councillors.

Some staff will continue to work from home and can be contacted by email and telephone as follows.  Where there is no mobile number please either send an email or call the enquiries line between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

NEED HELP?

Community Volunteers Scheme

We have had an overwhelming response to our call for volunteers to help protect the elderly, vulnerable and those alone in our community: Marlborough's community spirit at its very best.  More than 300 volunteers stepped forward and are still available to help.
