Older minutes (going back around 100 years) are available at the Wiltshire & Swindon History Centre in Chippenham.

All Members elected to the Marlborough Town Council sit on the Full Town Council and meet approximately every four to six weeks. For the Municipal Year 2018/2019 the Town Mayor of Marlborough is Councillor Lisa Farrell and the Deputy Mayor is Councillor Mervyn Hall. The Financial and Proper Officer is the Town Clerk.
