Plume of Feathers advances forward!

L-R: The Richmond Fellowship Team Tricia Print, Richard Dallimore, Albert Lucas, Nathan Jenkyn, Nick Riley with Nigel Weatherly (Marlborough Town Council) and Steve Pascall

Marlborough in Bloom’s Chairman designate, Steve Pascall and the Town Council’s newly appointed Grounds Manager, Nigel Weatherly, were on hand to congratulate hard working members of the Richmond Fellowship who were awarded an Advancing award in the recent RHS South West in Bloomcompetition. The Fellowship works with those with mental health problems and is part of the group of charities, Recovery Focus, working towards making individual recovery a reality. It leases the beautiful Plume of Feathers Garden for a peppercorn rent from the Town Council. The garden sits just off Plume of Feathers Lane behind London Road which, thanks to the Fellowship’s efforts, has become a real oasis in the middle of Marlborough. Very well done to everyone involved.
